Terms & Conditions

• Classes are open to all age groups — children, teens, and adults. Specific age requirements may apply for certain courses.
• A one-time admission fee is payable upon enrollment. Students who take a break of more than 3 months will need to repay the admission fee upon rejoining.

A one-hour trial class is available before committing to full enrollment, allowing you to experience the teaching style and environment.

Fine art course materials will be provided based on the course selected. Please contact the institute for specific details regarding materials for your chosen course.

Available courses include:

• Diploma courses for adults and children
• Hobby classes and certification courses
• Visual arts (graphic design)
• Fabric painting
• Indian art (certification courses)

Workshops are conducted periodically. Updates will be available on the Arty Facets website and social media pages. Workshop fees are separate from regular course fees.

• Fees must be paid in advance by the 5th of every month.
• Classical dance and music fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full, even if the student takes a break for the entire month.
• Fine arts students may take a break for a month; however, if they attend even one class during that month, the full fee is applicable.
• Once paid, fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Compensation classes are available subject to batch availability. Students must request compensation classes within the same month.

Some courses may be available on an hourly basis. Please contact Arty Facets directly for further details and pricing.

The institute is open every day. Students must schedule an appointment before visiting to ensure instructor availability.

• Arty Facets is affiliated with Pracheen Kala Kendra and offers Diploma Certificates upon successful completion.
• Additional certifications are available for various courses. Contact the institute for details.

• Students will have opportunities to perform at Arty Facets events and on other stages.
• Art exhibitions are conducted periodically for fine arts students to showcase their work.

• Students must maintain discipline and treat instructors and peers with respect at all times.
• Any damage to institute property will be the financial responsibility of the student or their guardian.
• The institute reserves the right to dismiss students for misconduct without a refund of fees paid.

• Consent to Photography & Videography: By enrolling at Arty Facets, students (and parents/guardians of minor students) consent to being photographed and/or videographed during classes, workshops, performances, exhibitions, and other institute activities.
• Use on Social Media: Arty Facets may use photographs and videos of students on its official social media channels — including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn — for promotional, educational, and community-building purposes.
• Use on the Website: Student images and videos may also be featured on the official Arty Facets website (artyfacets.com) in galleries, course pages, and other sections.
• No Monetary Compensation: No monetary compensation will be provided for the use of student images or videos in any of the above contexts.
• Opt-Out: If you do not wish for your (or your child's) image to be used in any media, please notify the institute in writing at the time of enrollment or at any point thereafter. We will make reasonable efforts to honour such requests.
• Third-Party Sharing: Arty Facets will not sell or share student images with unaffiliated third parties for commercial purposes.

• All personal data collected during enrollment (name, contact details, date of birth, etc.) is stored securely and used solely for administrative and communication purposes within Arty Facets.
• Student data will not be sold, rented, or shared with unaffiliated third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.
• Arty Facets may use student contact information to send updates about courses, workshops, events, and other relevant communications.
• Students or guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting the institute directly.
